I don't live in Florida and had some car audio questions about my truck stereo and some previous work they had done for somone else and Darin was more than helpful over the phone. Happened to be in their area about a month later and stopped by to ask a couple more questions and get some things for my stereo. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. If I lived in the area I would definitely do more business with them!

DONT TAKE YOUR BOAT HERE FOR AUDIO! Brought them my 2021 Yamaha ar250 to add 2 tower speakers and a 2nd amp. They quoted me $3000. The day of install i stop by to check the progress. They had the speaker wires running on the outside of the tower! I told them the wires had to be run inside the tower. They ended up redoing it. The first day I take the boat on the water there was a lot of static coming from their speakers. I take it back to them. They said they fixed the problem. The very next time I take boat out the speakers played for 10min and then stopped playing. Brought it back again. They said boat was had bad batteries or not enough batteries. They charged the batteries and said the speakers now work. Third time I go on the water, the tower speakers are working but all the other stock speakers and amp kept turning on and off. My electrician friend looked at the wiring and said there was a lot of loose wiring and not connected very well. Brought it back to Audio Design and now they said the stock amp is bad and needs to be taken to a dealer. There was nothing else they can do and didnt want to work on it anymore. Mind you, everytime I had to make new appointments at Audio Design to inspect the boat. Sometimes a week. So I lost so much time messing with them. The local yamaha dealer didnt have an audio specialist so I went to a marine repair and audio specialist for a second opinion. They told me everything was done wrong. Even the cords used were wrong. The power wire was not sufficient which caused the amp to blow and fry the stock stereo system. They had to redo everything! They took everything Audio Design installed out and recommended I take it back for maybe some refund. And if they dont refund to take them to court because how bad everything was done. He would even testify. Obviously im writing this because they denied taking any responsibility and continue to blame yamaha and their stock equipment. This marine specialist fixed everything and I have not had any problems ever since. The system sounds great. I wish I went to him the day I saw Audio design zip tying the wires on the outside of the tower. That should have told me enough that these guys just dont have enough experience setting up speakers for boats. The sound system was all stock directly from Yamaha nothing was aftermarket. And the batteries they claim were bad were perfectly fine. We never even got to play sound without the boat running. It would play for about 10minutes(while running) before it would stop working. Never had an issue starting. And ive taken the boat out now 10 times and have zero problems with the batteries or the charging system The boat had only 25 hours on it. It was basically brand new.

Paid $605.00 for my Honda coupe to get the best tint installed. My sun roof was not done and there were problems with my Tint falling off when I showed up to get my car. There’s also air bubbles in the passenger window and rear window. I’m happy my car isn’t as hot because of the tint but I got a rush job.
