For sure the best Gym in Jax. Staff are polite. Never to busy to get on the equipment you need. Equipment is always working unlike alot of Gyms with broken equipment. Also noticed the clients at this gym are serious. Not alot of people looking in the mirror taking selfies. Just people getting healthy and lifting. REALLY lifting.

Tons of useful equipment and expert trainers. Some good old-school machines and new twists on some other machines. Good atmosphere and great hours.. Plus, there's not a single 35-lb plate in the gym!

Yes. This gym suits all ages from teen to elder for all fitness levels.
I really dont think so. There are only a handful of members that look like they may be eligible for it, although census is pretty diverse in age. But they very well may and i could be completely wrong. Staff is cool so just call up and ask.
