Before new ownership, this place was amazing. Now that it’s corporate my biggest complaint is the cafe. $9 for a kids hotdog is crazy. It’s really $7, but if your kids want fries, it’s $2 extra. That’s not even the main issue. Everything else is prefab, frozen, overpriced cafeteria food. Before the BLT’s (no longer offered) were at least assembled onsite. The fish sandwich (no longer available) was amazing. So….if you like food and want to convince of a pool side bar with food, this could check that box but expect the gas station to be just as good….and pay less. We paid mid-level restaurant prices for ugh. Now - the facility itself is great. It’s just too bad the new management/ownership has goals that the market cannot keep up with.

Do they have a monthly rate?

Andrew Filipiak | Sep 22, 2018
Jacqueline Lea | Sep 22, 2018

Yes they do. It's a 55 and older RV "Resort" with a few kids here and is dog friendly. Wi-Fi is costly unless you have Xfinity it's free but not a good signal unless you're at one of the shower houses. Cellphone service and data is useless. RV sites are of normal size not spacious as they claim. People are nice here. They do have an outdoor pool and various events for a small fee. Also you can get mail here. It's not an upscale RV "Resort". Great prices and friendly staff and neighborhoodlike feel. If you're looking for spa like resort...no...but a safe friendly place...yes

Do they really not allow more than 4 people?

They used to allow larger party sizes, at a small additional fee, but that was under the old owners. The new owners are changing the park into a resort, removing most of the RVs and replacing them with park model units sometime in the future as they renovate. Many of the residents that have called Mouse Mountain home have relocated after realizing the new owners did not want them there any longer.
