Went to inquire about annual rates, staff was super rude right off the bat. Gentleman yelled at me for mistakenly holding the intercom button. Went in to ask about the rates and was told it was a 55+ park. Nowhere on the website or the sign is this mentioned, so how would anyone know that? Multiple reviews also state that it’s not. Was rudely asked if I was 55 (I’m clearly not) and was laughed at as I was leaving. Treated super poorly right from the beginning, not sure how they get any business at all.

We have only been here a week and plan on staying another 3 months. The price is pretty good. It's very clean. Everyones very nice. We haven't had any problems so far. We are planning to come back next winter. They have something going on almost everyday. They also have community dinners at least a couple times each month. This week was a fish or chicken or both dinner that came with fries and coleslaw. The prices are very good. They even have an ice cream social on Sunday. So far its been fun. I highly recommend this place. Most sites are full so you have to see if a site is available. But it is worth it 👌 We've been here now for 2 months already. It's a nice place to stay. We'll come back next year and have the same site that we have now. It's diffently a nice and friendly place to stay. We've been here for 2 months and it's hard to leave. We're diffently coming back next year. We'll have the same site since we were here we get first choice on it if we want to stay here. We do have to pay last months rent to guarantee that our spot is ours. It was a very nice park to stay in.

The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude to our family the entire stay. The customer service was truly grotesque, and the park was run down and smelled like sewer. The price per night is ABSOLUTELY NOT worth the rudeness and unprofessionalism of this so called “Business”. I have never met a staff/owner of ANY business like this and it is completely unacceptable. If you would like more specific details about the incidents, keep scrolling and see.

No storage
I think they are full. It's $535.00 a month if you stay 4 months. Not sure how much it is if you stay less. I do know that they have nighty rates if you need a site for a day or two.
Check with office concerning your special circumstances so they can intelligently respond to any questions you may have. They are very responsive and helpful.
Call office to see what is available. You can lease lots but I don't know about "units". This is an RV park, not an apartment complex.

Yes. 40 lb. Weight. No Dobermans, Pit Bulls, German Shepherd, Rotwilers, Mastiffs, . I think there are more, but can't remember the other breed.
