This location is extremely overwhelmed to be able to provide timely and effective service to consumers/patients! Not a recommended go elsewhere for any lab work that is needed. There is absolutely no organization here it’s like trying to get lab work done in the Wild West.

The process to register is very good, however for the answer or for the shift it takes a long time. On the other hand, The Secretary is not friendly, nor does she show much interest in being helpful. The nursing staff leaves a lot to say in carrying out the processes. I understand that it could be better. For example: Briefly explain the process or procedure to be done to the patient. And I am not even referring to any problem or difference due to the language, that is secondary.

I sat here for 3 1/2 Hours doing a glucose test, 34 weeks pregnant and everyone here was absolutely AMAZING. I watched SOOOO many people come and go fast and sufficiently and the lady who took care of me the 4 times I had to have blood taken from me was absolutely AMAZING. Anyone who leaves a bad review who has been here recently either has a horrible attitude themselves and wasn't prepared or was just not patient. Definitely deserves 5 stars for all their hard work!!!! ✨️ Good Job Guysss!!!!
