This was the perfect home for us for the week. It was spacious and modern and the pool and hot tub were used multiple times a day. The ping pong table was a big hit with the kids. The only issue we faced was with the BBQ. The first time we tried to use it, it was out of propane. When we called to get a replacement, we were advised that we needed to rent one for a cost. I would recommend removing the bbq/grill as a feature in the listing if it there is still a cost to use it. Having said all that, we would still rent this house again in a heartbeat!

Had a AC issue for a week (it was an issue on day 1. Obviously poorly inspected prior) and pool was super dirty. Instead of an apology, they tell me they will charge me for some items that they allege we broke. Avoid at all costs. I'm officially waiting on a call back from them. We'll see what happens.

Nice home , view is perfect,only the pool little more cleaning for next time.
