I walked in on Saturday September 3 to get my nails on, on Tuesday September 6 one nail broke. On Thursday two more broke. I called to inform the manager what was happening after spending over 100.00 at this nail salon, no one seem to want to help. I proceeded to walk in and personally speak to a manager. I was blown away of how unprofessional and dismissive they were, not only was the manager rude and obnoxious but so was a female employee. The Manager, stated “they couldn’t help me and if I wanted them fixed I had to pay again”. They were rude and unprofessional, they had the audacity to tell me that they didn’t know what I was doing to cause my nails to break and my gel to fall off. As a frequent customer, I feel disgusted and disappointed!

So I came to get my eyebrows done today. I ask for a brow and tint the lady said ok. Once she started she ask me again “tint?” I said “yes, tint as well” after she got done waxing, she showed my results. She took all my eyebrows off!!!!! When she got finish, she laughing and said “oh I thought you said thin” so now my eyebrows look horrible, and I will have to wait forever for them to grow back.
