Yes they do. It's a 55 and older RV "Resort" with a few kids here and is dog friendly. Wi-Fi is costly unless you have Xfinity it's free but not a good signal unless you're at one of the shower houses. Cellphone service and data is useless. RV sites are of normal size not spacious as they claim. People are nice here. They do have an outdoor pool and various events for a small fee. Also you can get mail here. It's not an upscale RV "Resort". Great prices and friendly staff and neighborhoodlike feel. If you're looking for spa like resort...no...but a safe friendly place...yes

Reva is incorrect. They may require a background check for a year lease but nothing is required for a one month stay. Currently a month is $465 plus electicity used. We are currently ending our second month stay in the last 12 months.
