The entire process, from ordering to installation, was timely. Our installers, Steven and Steven Jr, not only did a great job, but were respectful of our home and went above and beyond to make sure they worked as neatly as possible. Very glad we supported a local small business and can’t wait to use them again! We used Sanford Carpet & Flooring after getting quotes from both chain stores. The owner came out to provide an estimate and discuss options. They and their install crews were fantastic; competent, professional, and very friendly. They retiled all of our ground floor and replaced all of the carpet in our home. We had some scheduling challenges with material availability and our movers showing up the day the carpet was scheduled to be installed. The owners and their crews were very patient throughout the difficulties our circumstances presented and made sure everything was installed to their exacting level of quality (to include identifying unexpected manufacturing defects in some of the material). They were open and transparent throughout the process, kept us informed when things didn’t work the way they’d planned, and gave us great confidence that they cared as much about the quality of the work as we did. While our jobs ended up having their challenges, we’re happy to have faced them as it showed the true character of the team at Sanford Carpet & Flooring. We couldn’t be happier with the results and hope to use them again.
