Hi David, thank you for the question! For new installs, the warranty depends on the manufacturer you choose. Manufacturers also give you the option to purchase greater warranties for an additional fee. Parts installed for service repairs come with a 1 year warranty on the part and labor. For both service and new equipment, we personally offer a Comfort Guarantee: If your experience is anything less than perfect, we will do whatever it takes to make things right, even providing up to a 100% refund. We schedule cleanings between 8am-6pm and we are open 24/7 for emergency service.

Hi Wendy, We don't recommend having your ducts cleaned. The reason why is it tends to damage the ductwork and cause holes - which in turn causes many other problems for your home and AC system. We have tested this and found that we aren't comfortable recommending it, so we don't perform this service at the best interest of our customers.
