Dr Cassidy seemed to be a good doctor for the one time that my wife got to see him. We brought mri results(didn't look at images)with us but he needed a new one. Insurance denied request due to lack of information sent with request. I appealed decision and spoke with Jackie (spelling?)to include information they requested and was told she put all of it the first time and was unwilling to do anything again. She has an extremely rude demeanor ! It's a shame we had to wait months to find a new doctor but very happy as they were able to obtain new mri with no problem. Like they say 1 bad apple and she's it.

Dr. Cassidy identified my problem and proposed a solution after my first visit and after he examined my MRI. He actually told me what my symptoms were after looking at the MRI and before I had a chance to elaborate on them. Surgery was minimally invasive, with immediate relief. After more than a year of persistent pain, I have none now! Cassidy is an excellent neurosurgeon!

Dr. Cassidy performed L5 severe herniated disc surgery on my sweetheart on December 29th 2021. He was very compassionate and thorough. I've heard he has no "bedside manner" but I beg to differ. I would highly recommend him!
