My appointments were canceled by the office, rescheduled for a another date months later. And that appointment would be canceled too. This happened multiple times over a 3 year time frame. Now, the dr is gone and I need a new dr. The letter I received gave me no suggestions of anyone in the area accepting new patients. Very unprofessional

Simply the most unprofessional practice I have ever dealt with. My original appointment was November 2018 and was changed 3 times. Each phone call I received to cancel and reschedule was handled by office staff that was so flippant it was disgusting. A neurological appointment is a necessity, it is not for the sniffles or a rash, it is important. Each time I notified them I was losing weight, sensation, balance, I knew I was headed for an exacerbation. Sure enough, I'm right in the middle of one. The light at the end of the tunnel, my appointment on Monday, June 10, 2019 six months after original. Packet filled out, re re re recertified for insurance, records, Petscan, MRI, EMG, Swallow study, physical therapy records all gathered. Today, APPOINTMENT PERMANENTLY CANCELED. Same flippant person, not one apology or suggestion. Doctor no longer with practice, you better try to find someone else. Anyone with a neurological disorder (Multiple Sclerosis) knows that stress is one of our greatest enemies and this practice does not care. So, either this doctor is incredibly irresponsible or the practice is so unprofessional that no qualified doctor wants to stay. Unbelievably disappointed.
