We bought a used Yamaha grand piano from the store last month. I saw it on the store’s website and called to reserve it. Dave, the owner, was responsive by both phone and email, professional, and helpful. We drove to Venice, FL from Orlando the next weekend to check the piano. There were a few scratches on the key cover. I said it would be great if they could be removed somehow, but I didn’t have high hope for it. I signed the contract and made my payment. I was willing to buy it as is. However, Dave did get a good technician who was able to remove the scratches before the piano was delivered to my house, thus the key cover now looks perfect. It was a great pleasure doing business with Dave!

We are accepting customers by appointment, and asking each customer to wear a mask, as will our staff. Two persons can come in at a time and then we lock the door behind you. We try to wipe the keys of each piano played with alcohol after use, or ask you to wear gloves if you want to try a lot of them (it's not as hard as you might think). If you are looking for a tuning or piano move, our technicians also mask up for their duties and we ask customers to do the same. Thanks for cooperating to keep us all safe and healthy!
Several of last year's Privias were award-winning, and the new one due to arrive in-store next week is even better. Definitely improved over 10 years--one of the company's strengths! We have Kurzweils too, also known for realistic tone. Time for an upgrade!
