Bought 2 emerge vortex gaming chairs in late january. First one's wheelbase broke two weeks into owning it and we exchanged it. Second one's wheelbase broke and the chair permanently leans left. We are 7 days past the furniture exchange cut off, and thankfully we bought warranties on them, because the store will not return or exchange it past the 30-day time limit. They were nice about it but I'm very disappointed in their products and customer service. We won't be purchasing from them again.

Great customer service at the Venice Staples. Shout out to the general Manager, Jeff, who took the time not only to help find the product I was looking for, but strategize when there was only one left in stock and I needed it quickly. It may seem like a minor thing, but it's much appreciated to find folks in retail who are professional yet maintain a human side and a sense of humor!
