He is extremely thorough, ensuring there are photos of every possibly corner a buyer would want to see. His attention to detail shines through the images, too, with no open toilet seats or randomness that NO ONE wants to see! Ha. All of the relevant contact information is located on the 'contact us' page. The earlier you let us know of your need for real estate photos, the more convenient the appointment timing for you and your sellers.
We have resources available to help you and your sellers prepare the home for the photography session. You can view the 'home prep photo shoot checklist' on the website. The link is --> https://www.manasota360.com/about/prep You can also download a PDF copy from there and we would encourage you to print a copy and give it to your seller.
Ideally, 3 –5 days notice is enough advance to reserved your preferred date and time. If we have a cancellation, we can also try accommodate last minute requests. The more notice, the better.
We'll send you a billing email after the shoot where you can pay online with any major credit card. Simple and easy!
