Will Macy's ever make significant changes to their mix of brands? Also, couldn't they bring in some clever multimedia displays or other interesting elements to capture the attention of their shoppers?

Professional, nicely dressed staff that effectively communicate with each other. However, I came for the dashiki clothing advertised online and there was none. Would like to see a more diverse selection of purchasing in the future.
