I visit two Zara store today. Zara in Dublin, CA will not let you try on clothes. Wanted to buy a dress that cost $129. Didn’t want to buy without trying it on. I left without buying it. Decided to try Zara in Walnut Creek, CA. The security lock was blocking me from trying on the same $129 dress. The lady that work at the store said she couldn’t removed it for me to try on. She told me I could go get another dress while I’m standing in the dressing room with no clothes on. She would not get me another dress. I will not be returning to this store.

I returned items for my daughter without having the email receipts initially. The staff were so patient and helpful. Success!

We went upstairs to buy mens clothing. The cashiers were not attentive to their customers. There was about three workers and none of them wanted to ring. In the other side of the store, in the kids section there was also two cashiers. One of the cashiers was doing I believe schedules out on the floor and the other ringing up a customer. I felt ignored and having worked in retail for over 8 years has taught me to never make customers feel this way if you want them to come back. We only bought a sweatshirt because we were not happy with the customer service we received. Whenever the manager is needs to communicate with their team in a more effective way. I would be happy to provide my feedback.
