I was kind of dreading stopping into this USPS the other day, since I was in a hurry and the line was semi-long, however, their employee Bobbi was moving people through in a fast and efficient manner, while not being rude or rushing anyone. Super helpful and kind to everyone, which was sincerely appreciated. I was out of there waaaay faster than at most of the post office locations I usually stop into - terrific customer service here!

Clueless supervision! Drop boxes at Rossmoor are often stuffed indicating the carriers aren't doing their jobs, allowed to be flexible or just plain observant. Management won't reassign employees to locations where they are needed - never had an issue in Moraga or Orinda but this location seems to be understaffed.

Slow as molasses service. Prepare to wait forever here. There is no receptical for pre paid postage on boxes. And no after hours self service. They were closed on Christmas Eve! Too bad,there is a lot of parking now. Not sure how it will be once the remodel is finished.

Lines are long at all post offices. As long as the people care and don't power trip or become passive aggressive & take care of your needs, I am happy. No power tripping here. Just doing a good job like most post offices except one I won't mention here. :)
