Quality is second rate. Office staff is no help. Area is sketchy. Lots of sirens and car alarms every night. Look for a better option. Glad we were only here for a year. But probably 6 months too long.

the worst place ive stayed in, our ac was out for 3 months w no one “fixing” it til threatened w legal action. it still wasnt fixed, we had to buy our own window ac. we were told the move out fees would be waived since the ac wasnt fixed during 110 degree weather, now in my resident portal its showing the $3k fee there. they are very unorganized & only the outside is kept up so its appealing for new people to move in, work orders are not worked on. I was there for 9 months & we decided to leave early. $1500 for THAT is absolutely ridiculous.

The apartments are very nice, they have a lot of natural light, we live very comfortably and the maintenance and office staff are super friendly and attentive, especially to Miss Margarita. Thank you very much 100% recommended.

0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND wish I could give 0 stars! This complex is so unprofessional and does not fix broken amenities. During the hottest months of the year I had no air in my apartment! They also remove all bad reviews so that no one will be aware of their poor services! Please if you’re considering a place to stay run from here!!!
