Unfortunately the apartment dimensions were too small for me, but the 5 star review is for Bryan and how helpful he was to try to find a solution. He even did a virtual walk through with me and measured the dimensions of my furniture in each room and that’s how we determined these would not fit. I wish it could have worked out but again cannot say enough about how helpful Bryan was.

I cannot share much as I am in the middle of an apartment transfer right now. For now, I can say is that I hold in high regards the leasing crew at Provenza Windhaven, specially Adan and Bryan. They are very professional yet friendly and will work with you as much as it is possible They are awesome!

Where to start, the apartments are amazing. Having my own yard has been such a blessing for my dogs. The maintenance crew is ON IT! Super fast to respond and take care of any repairs needed. Not to mention the front office staff is A++. Victoria the leasing agent went above and beyond for me and my family! She was so kind and knows exactly what she is talking about. Never have been taken care of like that. Joshua the property manager is one of the most amazing people I’ve met.He runs this apartment complex the right way and it shows. They make you feel apart of the family and keep every resident involved in what’s going on. If you ever are in need of a place to live I wouldn’t hesitate for one second to recommend the Provenza apartments! Thank you Victoria, Joshua, Adan, and Bryan!! Great job guys!
