I’ve been trying to cancel my membership and called three different numbers. I don’t understand why they make it so difficult to cancel your membership. It is such an inconvenience to have to go into the gym or send a letter to cancel.

I will never come back to this dirty gym and unprofessional employees I canceled my Membership TWICE in person and on the website I requested a form, it was never sent to me and they had me sign the Epad while telling me "Okay you're no longer a member"and you will not be charged, well the next month I was charged $25 and I called to have a manager tell me there's no proof that I canceled and they will not refund my money even though she saw the day and time I was there at

Right now they're having a summer special where teenagers can come and work out with you the other day I seen someone he was about 13 so you might just call and ask to double-check but I think it's 12 to 15 right now or something
They have a curtain. It's not military style lol. But if someone wants to talk in on you there isnt anything stopping them
I've been a member of Planet Fitness for many years and have been to several in DFW and outside of the city as well. I can tell you that Lewisville Planet Fitness is on top of the game. I know the manager and he is very detail-oriented on cleaning habits. He trains his staff very well. I'm impressed.
