I've been a member of Planet Fitness for many years and have been to several in DFW and outside of the city as well. I can tell you that Lewisville Planet Fitness is on top of the game. I know the manager and he is very detail-oriented on cleaning habits. He trains his staff very well. I'm impressed.
I honestly can't tell you how often they're clean I've only gone in there one time in a year that the bathrooms didn't look like that just been cleaned
