Use every day . Sometimes it's can be line and you should to wait 15-25min . But it's a good chance to go home and comfortable. Drivers usually are good,sociable and friendly people.

I-80 afternoon carpool hours run 3-7PM. You could arrive as early as 2:30, but rides become more frequent after 2:45.
