Jas B. from sales, in addition to being professional and patient, was very helpful finding us the SUV we were looking for. After a few road tests and negotiations we happily purchased a used Rogue at Freehold Nissan. The next day we noticed the passenger power seat was not working correctly. I spoke to Jas and he says to bring the Rogue in to service to get repaired, which will happen this week. Thank you Freehold Nissan.

Please counsel your wife or your daughter about this dealership. My niece has been crying since she came back from this dealership because she believes they ripped her off. She went to buy a car that she had researched online, and the salesmen Mark and the finance guy Carl told her she couldn’t buy that car she had to buy a different car that was $7k more. They said the bank would only approve her for this car (she realizes now that this is a scam). She was there all day and eventually they ground her down to buying a car that she didn’t want. When she got home, she did her research again and she believes she was dramatically over charged. She has been crying for weeks. I am so disgusted, and wish she had called me first. Any business that would prey on young women, has the lowest form of character in my opinion. I am encouraging my niece to see a lawyer, but all we can do now is warn others.
