Applewood allow residents to keep a limit of one (1) household pet, which must weigh less than twenty (20) pounds, in their cottage or apartment. All pets must be registered with the Resident Services Office. Pets are not permitted in common residential areas and must be kept in the resident’s apartment or cottage except when entering or leaving the building.

Applewood is managed and partners with CentraState Heathcare System which includes a 284-bed acute-care hospital, three senior living communities, a charitable foundation and four satellite health pavilions. CetraState is affiliated with Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and offers family practice residency and geriatric fellowship training programs.
