I took a COVID test on Monday afternoon. I was told that I would get results 24 - 48 hours. In the past I have gotten results as early as 18 hours. This time around it’s over 48 hours and still no results. I kept speaking with front desk and they just kept telling me call back…I finally call back on Thursday afternoon to find out they have no record of me even getting swabbed. Disgusting the run around I received from the front desk but mostly disturbing that I got swabbed yet they have no record of it. Ive been forced to go into work even though I feel like death because I’m waiting for proof of COVID yet this facility misplaced my test.

I was feeling under the weather so I came here for an appointment to get checked out for 10:45am. I had to find out whether I was contagious so I can know if I can go back to work or not. When I got there at 10:45am, I was told their ‘appointment system was down’ and have to reschedule for 12:45pm. I arrived back at 12:45pm to find out there was still 5 people ahead of me, I patiently waited in the parking lot for another HOUR. I walked in at 1:45pm to find out there’s still 3 people ahead. Another 45 minutes later I walked in for a final check in at 2:30pm to find out there is still 3 people ahead for what was originally a 10:45am appointment. Thank you for wasting my entire day and making me lose a days worth of pay with my job. This URGENT care lacks very much in the department of URGENCY. Never coming back here again.

Well if you don’t really want to get better go there. They guess at what’s wrong with you and give you the same script no matter what you have. It’s a guessing game to these people. And if the blonde girl behind the counter is in a bad mood. You’ll wait in the room till no one else is I there . Stay away and go to a real doctor

I cannot say enough about this facility! From the moment I walked in the door I was extremely impressed with the brightness, cleanliness, and welcoming. Of course when you go to a walk-in clinic there is a level of anxiety which was quickly removed with Jean helping me register. Brian, who did the intake in the exam room, was calming and understanding. I only waited A few minutes before Dr. Kaplan came for the exam. He was thorough and understanding . When I called several days later with a question about my meds, Danielle the CMA, was very h elpful answering my questions. I would highly recommend this facility which is open seven days a week. No. Our urgent cares are performing COVID-19 tests on both symptomatic and asymptomatic patients without a prescription. A prescription is not needed since you will be seen and evaluated by a provider. Your provider will talk to you about the best testing option for your unique situation.

It is best to log onto the lab portal to which your specimen was sent with information you were given during your visit to check results. You may have been given information for the MyQuest, Labcorp or another portal. Please visit our website for more information and links to each portal.
Rapid antigen tests are most effective in people being tested at height of illness, when the virus’ presence in the body is highest. PCR tests are more accurate in detecting the virus in those without symptoms or those with symptoms who may not be at the peak of their illness.
Rapid antigen test results are available within 15 minutes. PCR test results are usually available within 24 hours, but can take longer depending upon volume and test availability.
All of our locations offer x-ray, labs, and EKGs right on site. We do not perform CT Scans or MRIs.

Yes. All of our locations have rapid COVID-19 antigen tests. Our clinicians reserve the right to administer the test they deem best suited for each individual patient and his or her unique situation. Please note, we also continue to offer PCR COVID-19 tests, which can be more accurate in identifying the virus in people with and without symptoms.
As part of the Cares Act, regardless of your immigration status, if you are a New Jersey resident and do not have health insurance, COVID-19 test processing fees are waived at Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care locations. Please note, at the time of your COVID-19 test, you will also be seen and evaluated by a provider. Therefore, you will be billed by Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care for your in-office evaluation. You will not be billed by the lab that processes your COVID-19 test.
Insurance coverage for COVID-19 testing may vary. Please verify costs and coverage with your individual insurance carrier directly.
