Had to take my 2 year old son here for X-rays on 9/7/22 at 9:45 ( putting the date and time so staff can see who was doing the X-rays). Everything went well until I went inside the X-ray room. Before the X-rays I informed the lady who was going to do the X-rays that my son has ASD and can not stay still. She rudely said “ you need to come back with someone “ I told her “ nobody informed me I needed someone, you guys should really inform that kind of information with people with kids”. She rolled her eyes and looked at my son like if he was the problem. I kindly asked if she can get someone to help hold my sons legs while I held down his hands for them to take X-rays and she said “ no “ rolled her eyes again and had absolutely no sympathy. She then rudely pulled the X-ray protection jacket it off me while I was trying to picking my son off the X-ray table!!! . She went back to the computer and said “oh well this X-ray will do” I automatically went off and told her “ are you sure? Bc I spend 2 hours in the waiting room and I do not want to come back it’s very hard for my son to stay still.” She again replied very rudely with “ the exit is over there”. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PEOPLE SKILLS ESPECIALLY FOR CHILDREN/CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES DO NOT WORK IN THE MEDICAL FIELD!!! Seriously do BETTER!!!!!

Went in today with my stepdad to get my annual blood work, well he couldn’t take me because he wasn’t my mom or dad, he’s my legal guardian but still couldn’t take me, this place because HORRIBLE. It deserves NO stars!
