Got very excited about the new Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich they have on the menu. Unfortunately I've now ordered it twice and both times I was horribly let down. They seem to have no ability to properly customize an order, even one as simple as "plain" "just chicken, bacon and cheese on the bun". Instead both times I got only what I asked to be taken off the sandwich including pickles which are not even an original ingredient! Check your order before you leave.

Horrible service, they don't even deserve 1 star. I went through the drive thru and had to repeat my order 3 times. When I arrived at the window I was asked to repeat the order again, and somehow they still managed to screw up my order, plus the food was cold.
