besides the fact we applied almost 2 weeks ago going on 3 weeks and still haven’t heard back from anyone … the reviews itself should had been my red flag . we were told to leave a deposit $$ and we’ll get an answer the same day it’s now been 24 hours and no one ever answers the phone. So I can only imagine living here and wanting answers of fixing of the place . i will be pulling my application out asap! … the manager “Stephanie” needs a class on business management. bc false advertising is her best feature . also leaving the apartment and pulling up you’ll see homeless people freely walk around doing drugs and going through the properties trash. The apartments next door to these having broke windows and tagging . Maybe this is God telling me look else where . Save your money and your time . this place looks like the projects watts . super ghetto . Just thinking about how i applied makes me disappointed in myself and shows how desperate i was yo move out of the situation im in , but I rather deal with this mini situation than sign a lease here .

Moved out paid 1600 for deposit and got charged 795. They want to put a new carpet even tho the carpet was already new just needs a steam clean absolute joke.

Been living here couple years, moved temporarily out and came back to get a slightly bigger place. It’s very nice place, Managment is understaffed but very nice personable but most importantly helpful in getting you into a place. Be prepared for delays etc. but forsure a decent place to live
