Stayed only six months and left the apartment cleaner when I moved out than when I moved into the Apartment and they still took 630.00 of my deposit! I would not recommend GSF Properties to anyone.

Did not respond to my emails to inquire on pricing. Very poor business practice to not list the pricing when your front office gets offended I call in to get readily distributed Information. I’m price shopping I’m not moving in if you overcharge. Edgewater is a better deal.
