new owners don't keep up with the way apartments look spiderwebs everywhere outside, Also pool looks gross mind you before them other property managment had got the pool fixed and it looked great but ever since Equity management took over they don't keep up with them at all mailboxes got broken into they take forever to fix that we been having to check our mail in the post office. At the time when st clair was the property management they at least kept up to date with the way the apartments looked

Neighborhood is great, quiet area but the apartments are terrible. Mold problem in the window and the restroom throughout winter. A/c wall unit ran pge up to almost $400/ month for a 1 bedroom apartment and they refused to replace it. You cannot leave ANYTHING sitting outside you door for any amount of time or manager will be at your door within the hour complaining, and the black widow infestation is terrifying especially if you have children! It looked so great at first but turned out to be a terrible mistake.

Great place if you like to live in a quiet community. Maintance takes care of any problems in a very time efficient manner, and the current manager is the nicest lady you'll every meet. Really glad I rented an apartment from Hunter point apartments, wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

CA law says owners have 21 days to refund your deposit.

Is this apartment complex still open? I tried calling the phone number listed on Google but it said the number is no longer in service. Also there is no website? Is this a real apartment complex or a scam? Thanks!

Yes, this is a real apartment complex. It has just changed owners. Equity Management has taken over (formery IE rentals). If you google IE rentals, that is the phone number you can use to contact them.
