My family and I have been residents of Sand Creek Apartment for over a year. We love the peaceful environment and the location is basically at the center of most of our shopping needs. A special thank you to our Manager, Karla, who is always there to help us resolve any issues that relates to our apartment on a timely manner. Karla is a professional and caring person. She is so friendly to talk to. We would recommend Sand Creek to anyone.

These are apartments are well kept, quiet, & I have never had an issue living here. Karla the property manager is so helpful, nice, & professional. Always so attentive to anything anyone or myself may need when it come to maintenance, a fix, questions, or concerns. The area is convenient and close to everything! I enjoy living here and I appreciate management.

If you are looking to rent here! Think twice! Worst mistake I ever made. The manager is so unprofessional, inconsiderate and confrontational. The manager really makes this place a hostile place to live. Make sure you write down every single thing wrong with your unit, and if something isn’t working right make sure you write that down and get someone to fix it! Because they will literally charge you after you move out to upgrade the unit for the new tenant, they are literally charging me for the flooring ,new blinds, new ceiling fans, new garbage disposal, new kitchen faucet. Something the building should cover since they are the ones benefiting from the unit. The laundry facility is always out of order! There are always 4 washers that do not work and are never replace or fixed. The unit was infested with roaches and they never did anything to get pest control in. Beware if you are wanting to call this place home.

I recently transferred to Bakersfield for work and this place was at the top of my list. I'm so glad they had something available! Management is really friendly & speedy with my requests. The area is convenient for me & my son & it's close to everything. Strongly recommend.
