I lived at the Belcourt apartments for a couple of years. I really don’t have any complaints regarding my stay here. Management was professional and would follow up and communicate with us regarding maintenance work or any other issues. Edwin is awesome. He was always on top of all the maintenance work and very prompt. I have come to realize this only after moving into a different complex. I recently moved into an apartment where the management(clemmer and company) refuses to fix anything and won’t even follow up or communicate with its tenants. Keep up the good work Belcourt apartments.
