Relatively clean & comfortable, when compared to similarly priced hotels in the area. Free Wi-Fi and continental breakfast. Also qn indoor pool/rec center on the 5th floor. We had a nice and quiet weekend with them. Not sure how to spell her name but Kai at the front desk was very kind and helpful!

As you can see by the photos, the place is serious run down. Hallways smell like smoke and urine. The beds seemed clean enough, but there was a pinkish tint on one of the sheets. There were hairs stuck on the bathroom doors that didn't belong to us. The windows wouldn't close properly in one room and the window sills were so dirty and filled with dead bugs, we requested a new room. The second room wasn't much better. The photos are of the second room. Paint stains on the chairs. And don't get lured in by the promise of two pools and a hot tub. The outside pool is in the photos. Lol I didn't take my phone to the indoor pool area, but the hot tub had only 2 inches of grungy, gross water in the bottom of it. The inside pool seemed clean, just run down and old. And there is only one dim light in the pool area, even though it is open to use until 11pm. There was also no real breakfast. Not even really by "continental breakfast" standards. There was juice, coffee, and small, packaged muffins. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, so I hate to speak ill, but the place is pretty bad.

The room seemed clean (although the hard floor portion didn't feel clean) and the main hotel was nice, but there were definitely some issues. The smoke detector was taken down and put in a drawer... There was duct tape on the lock and handle of the door adjoining the next room, the shower was iffy, and the toilet seat was loose and shifted really easily. Also the bathroom (in a king room) only came with one bath towel. That was weird, but we got more from the cleaning cart. The "breakfast" (in a huge beautiful breakfast room) was prepackaged muffins, coffee, and juice.... So that was pretty disappointing. It may have been a staffing issue.. A bummer but a reality.

This place is a dump!! Used syringes and empty booze bottles everywhere in the parking lot. Room was filthy and smelled light smoke. I was in the non smoking area yet people in the room next to was smoking cigarettes and marijuana!! Management obviously dont care. Up on check out another couple was placing complaints of the same thing.
