I know you can file it at the pd. Or you can call dispatch and they will ask you a series of questions to help guide you what todo. More then most likely they may send an officer. Depending on the current live situations will determine response time.

Hello sir. Let me begin by saying I am not a Law Enforcement officer and this info is based solely off of my personal knowledge. To answer your question, it is not legal to park in front of a fire hydrant or any fire lane (red curb). If you do park in front of a hydrant, you are subject to being given a citation and if emergency services has to get to the hydrant, your car may be damaged and you will be responsible for fixing it. Hope this helps.

They operate 24/7, however the front desk closes earlier in the evening. You can reach someone in the department if you need help with something by using the direct line in the lobby.
