I'm calling this location last two days no pick up the calls on time and after a wait calls dropped to a voice massage giving you another number which is not in service. After several attempts someone picked up the call not willing to serve. After all my information sharing with them he couldn't find it. After all day wait I went there, no small cars available. They did it purposely. Very Very bad service. Doesn't want to come e back here again.

After booking the compact car almost 3 hours before the pick up time when I reached there to pick it up, I was told the car is not available and if I wanted, I will have to get an SUV that will cost me $200/week more than the price I booked the car for. I left disappointed and booked another car from a different location. I wish I could give them 0 stars. 0 Customer Service, no respect or value for peoples time.

Always an issue with this specific location ranging from them not having cars after you book and show up to not answering the phones and not being open at the correct times. Also offering no help after their mistakes in over booking or not having your rental after you show up to pick up a vehicle. Ps the customer service is horrible.
