Do not fill prescriptions here, especially controlled substances, unless you live close by to come in for in-person service. I called for 3 hours straight today to try to check if they received a prescription for me to get transferred. Not a single response. This location has got to be one of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever had to deal with. They do not answer the phone. And if they do, they immediately put you on a hold after picking up and never actually get back to you. This location clearly has very unhappy pharmacists and techs because I cannot believe how they operate. This is the kind of care you unfortunately get where management doesn’t care and the area is not high income. The higher ups can care less 😢

On top of the shortage for baby formula, While visiting family I happen to call this rite aid for formula that said online was in stock an available but wanted to double check before going so I called with my baby in tears in the background spoke to a Warren which asked his manager LINDA to check for the milk she said no immediately. Long behold just before closing I walked in and found the available formula and was very disappointed I had to walk to the store in the rain instead of listening to a store manager. She had no regard about the lie on the phone to check for formula she showed careless efforts to help me why is she a manager LYING to brush customers off. I’m disappointed in the lack of support and assistance at this location. FYI

I would give negative 1 million if I could. Pharmacy does not answer and the Assistant Store Manager is rude and needs to be retrained. The purpose of an Asst. Manager or Store Manager is to resolve issue with some level of diplomacy. Instead, he (Asst Manager or Manager on Duty for tonight around 5:30-7:11pm) became aggressive, had an attitude and refused to give me the store manager’s name, his name, the Pharmacist’s last name (which is required to be displayed with his/her license) and the complaint department’s number. Instead he said he was busy and hung up. I would like to speak with the Store Manager IMMEDIATELY. This customer experience was not only frustrating but it scary that the manager on duty was this aggressive.
