Walked in today with a friend and didn't need any food however Ms. MAE at the counter offered me a drink isn't it was so hot. I appreciate the wonderful customer service and friendly professional way she treated me even if I wasn't here to purchase. Thank you so much I will definitely be back and have had their food before and its all so great!! Thanks Mae

This use to be the best Zaxby's around. Chicken tenders always tender and juicy. Today on 3/30/22 at 1:20 pm. we got our order from a young man at the drive up window. We said hello and asked how his day was going. The just looked at us and stared. We couldn't even get a smile out of him. He said nothing to us. Our chicken tenders were small and dried out. The teriyaki sauce had 2 strands of gray here in it. We are seniors on a fixed income, we don't eat out much. We will not ever go back here again. The rude young man at the window, Dried out tenders and hair in our sauce. We will do service with other places that are friendly. J.L.

I was here recently I walked in and sat down, woman at register who was helping another guest, told me I could not eat in the dining room because the dining room was "closed" which was very weird, as I haven't seen any restaurant closed because of virus concerns in Tennessee. I just ate somewhere else instead.

Its the second time I've asked for little ice and they've given me a full cup. Even after asking them at the window if its little ice and them telling me yes SMH
