Ordered a single sandwich on Uber eats. Over an hour and three drivers later the sandwich still wasn’t ready for pickup. Had long waits and messed up orders in person before as well. The place was pretty dirty the few times we’ve gone in. Maybe if the workers spent more time working and not messing with their phones and took the air pods out of their ears to listen to people these things wouldn’t happen. Won’t be getting food from here ever again.

Don't get me wrong .. I LOVE the food! The food is so many times better than the "underground train" This location only got 3 stars because, although we were VERY Specific about how we wanted our sandwiches, they still managed to mess up the order. Believe it or not, "Plain means PLAIN" I will continue to go to this location. Hey, they got MY sandwich order right!

Very neat and friendly staff. Must try their Virginia honey ham sandwich. So delicious and you will enjoy when it’s hot. Even the place looks neat and quite. Can bring over friends and family for dine in. No wait time and quick response for your food. The place is so spacious. Thought the parking lot gets filled sometimes.
