Nasty experience with cashier supervisor, my visa card was decline by their sytem, is an international visa this issue happens sometimes in some places, but it can be solved like typing manually the debit card number, she was not able todo that, Is not customer fault !! Is an improvement oportunity on their system. Instead to look for a solution, Her answer was I will call police !! Seriously!!?? My partner paid everything. Food is delicious but really poor atitude,

We took our Son & his family there to celebrate our grandson's first birthday. We rarely have eaten there but we did at our sons request. Our server and the staff were excellent and attentive especially we our large group of seven of which 3 were 1 to 5 year Olds. Our orders were taken quickly & accurately with only one minor exception. The food came quickly and everyone commented that how delicious their food was. As you can imagine the mess a 1 year old and a birthday cup cake can make but our server and the staff were great and very accommodating of the mess our grandson made celebrating his big 1!

Really good soup and salad. IMHO, they blow away another popular Italian restaurant in this category, that’s known for their soup/salad. Service is hit and miss sometimes, but of late - excellent service. I’m also glad that they now have brought back their full menu! Their bread and olive oil with herbs is also very good. Lots of options and items that will most likely satisfy even the casual eater.

My daughter and I went to this Carrabba's in Hendersonville for lunch. I was curious to see if this one would have the same charm,style asks great food like the one in Memphis, TN. We were greeted and seated right away. Our waitress was polite and attentive, which means a lot in post Covid customer service. She served us with a smile and hot food. We enjoyed being there and will you there everything we happen to be in Hendersonville.
