Stayed two nights between Christmas and New Years. Great location. The hotel was clean, rooms were spacious, and beds were comfortable. Our room seems to have new bathroom fixtures that were recently installed improperly (or incompletely). The sink faucet was loose and needed to be tightened, and and the tub faucet handle was a bit loose as well. Breakfast was fine the first day, but on the second day everything was gone by 9am, even though hotel indicates breakfast was served until 10am. The only thing left was a few slices of bread to toast, and maybe some waffle mix. There was no fruit, no juice, no yogurt, no muffins, no bagels, no oatmeal, no milk... it was all gone, an hour before service was scheduled to be stopped. We had to get breakfast elsewhere, and were a bit disappointed that this happened. Have stayed at Hampton Inns many times, and have never had a situation where they ran out of breakfast items, without any explanation. Otherwise, the stay was great at this location

The good: This hotel is in a GREAT location, walkable to a ton of restaurants and shops. The room is spacious and the breakfast was decent. The bad: On my last day, there was a live cockroach in the bathroom. I brought this up to the front desk when checking out and she just said “I’ll let housekeeping know.” For the price, I found the roach thing pretty unacceptable - would have asked for a different room had I not been checking out that day.

Room was not stocked and completely clean. We had to go to the front desk for soap, tissue and supplies. The rate was way too high for this hotel and what we received. I'm usually writing great reviews for Hilton but not on this one this time👎

I have been to many different hotels. I have to say Hampton Inn and Suites is one of the best! The room accommodated the 4 of us. The breakfast bar was good too. I loved the waffles 🧇! Kudos 👏 to the staff!
