Yes they do, but even management admitts that it is basically useless. Especially on a busy night, when you would most likely attempt to take advantage of it. Feel free to use it, but don't expect it to do much for you, as has been my and my family's experience many times eating at this restaurant at least once every week or two for the last 2+ years.
