I’ve been coming to this location weekly for over a year now and everyone is so friendly. The customer service is outstanding especially considering how busy of a location it is. They all deserve raises!

Very rude service. The gentleman at the window gave us a hot drink instead of iced (not a big deal, it happens). However, when we asked for iced he snarkily replied in the most hateful manner, “Well I couldn’t hear you so.” So unnecessary. There is no need in treating customers like that. Definitely doesn’t need to be in customer service. I would guess that the other remarks on this establishment’s customer service are referencing him as well..

Everyone who works at this location is SO nice! I literally came through the drive through crying one day (lol) and the barista was so kind and made my day. I always stop here on my way to work in the morning and despite it being so early they’re always so cheerful and sweet. I appreciate all they do and their hard work! 🤍
