Positive: Close to music city area and nice price Negative: Our room didn¿t cool off and switched rooms. Our new room wasn¿t much better and wasn¿t until the middle of the night before the room cooled off. Our mini fridge didn¿t work either. Hotel was clean, bed hard

The room was comfortable and nicely organized with couch and coffee table. This was our 4th hotel this trip. The hotel before this had the shower on the opposite wall as the beds. It also had a fan. So when someone took a shower while others were in bed, it was not noticeable. This hotel room has the shower on the wall next to the beds and had no fan. The shower was quite a bit louder for those still in bed. They put the ice bucket and glasses in the bathroom next to the toilet. Since toilet water can spray when the toilet is flushed, this doesn’t seem like a good idea. Our refrigerator wasn’t working but we didn’t notice right away. Called the front desk and someone was up immediately to fix it. He knew just what to do which made me think this happens frequently enough. The breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, breads, pancakes, packaged oatmeal, fruit, juices and coffee. No peanut butter. We didn’t go in the pool. The location of the hotel is really nice as it is not far from the Opry and mall.

My wife & myself both stayed at this hotel for a week & we both had the best experience with the stay & the rooms are very clean & maintained very well! The continental breakfast is really spot on & this has to be one of the greatest Best Westerns we ever stayed at! We would definitely come back again! Staff is very nice & friendly also! 🙂🙂🙂❤️❤️❤️

My husband and I were there over the Easter holiday. The location is great, with lots of tasty food options nearby and the Opry Mills Mall. It's only about 15 min from downtown. The rooms overall are fairly nice. Comfortable beds, fridge and microwave, a separate sitting area. The issues that left a bad taste for us was the cleaning. The headboards had noticeable hand prints and sticky residue, the toilet handle had dried residue, the magnifying mirror had finger prints on the edge and the glass with dried residue. Housekeeping came and used a strong smelling cleaner on the headboard, that was for the tub. Needless to say it gave us a generalized yucky feeling about the cleanliness in general. The other issue was the lighting. One of the bulbs was burned out in the bathroom, so we told the front desk and he came quickly while we were getting our luggage and changed it, great. An hour later it went out again. Told front desk, he came back up and told my husband in a rude way "don't touch it, it can't be in too tight or it won't work". We did not touch it. About an hour later it went out again. Asked if we could change rooms close by but was told no. We would have to move from 4 to 1. Checked out room on 1, it had a musty smell and it definitely had seen more wear. Stayed on 4 and had a very dim bathroom for our entire stay. Never got fixed. You get the impression that the owner is just doing the bare minimum to keep the property up, but if some better maintenance and cleaning isn't done then unfortunately a decent hotel will start going down hill. The best service was from the breakfast staff, the lady worked hard and was very nice.
