Positive: The staff at the White Chief Mountain Lodge were friendly and accommodating. The quality of the included breakfast was great with a wide variety of choices. Surprisingly, there was consistent Internet which was included as well. It is a Gem!

Everything was great! Biggest AirBnb we've stayed at yet! Close to National Park but, farther from the town to get supplies. Still not too bad. GPS was a little off on the correct address but, found it pretty easily anyways. Fireplace and hot tub were amazing!

The lady who checked us in was nice. Other than that it was disgusting. The hotel room was not cleaned properly before we entered; There were Penny’s from the previous customers tip left on the countertop, the coffee machine had coffee filled inside it still, we had to put the sheets on the bed ourselves, meanwhile the comforter that they never wash was bunched up on top of the suitcase rack inside the closet area. The floors were not vacuumed either and there was other peoples hair in the sink. I’m surprise there were clean towels and sheets folded in a pile on top of the bed. I really did not expect that I would have to put the sheets and pillowcases on myself. The room has a moldy smell. At least the best was comfy. They bag you a breakfast which included a frozen Jimmy deans sandwich and other food.
