I love the work they do in our city for people with health issues, especially the kids.

Great for those with disabilities to enjoy horse back riding. They gain confidence, body strength and mental stimulation. As a place to volunteer I wouldn't really recommend. Most there are very nice but one particular woman involved with the horses can be unkind to volunteers in my experience.

Yes, during our normal business hours we are open to the public for tours or to observe. Please call in advance to ensure we are open as sometimes weather or other factors can cause a shutdown.
Our therapeutic recreational horseback riding services are geared towards individuals with special needs or disabilities, throughout the Sacramento region (not just from the school next door.) Typical diagnoses include Autism, Cerebral Palsy and Down Syndrome. If that description matches your need, please contact us to be placed on our waiting list for services. Thank you!
