Great family business!!

My parents swear by them and they helped me out with a Christmas present for them, on short notice!

This company is exactly what your are looking for if you want a local business that excels in customer service and value for your money. They are incredibly responsive, their people skills are beyond par, and that's not even mentioning the fact that they get results! Within the first application, my lawn was the nicest on the block. I've tried treating my lawn over the years myself, but I could never get the yard Picture Perfect was able to wrangle in less than one season. Call them. You'll be happy you did.

Family and locally owned, they provide knowledgeable, detailed and quality care that cannot be beat at an excellent price. The owner stopped by personally just to answer some questions I had and walk me through future steps in service. He then provided a written document of everything we discussed for my future reference. Marty and Lori are great and it's been a pleasure to partner with them to improve the condition of our lawn. Much thanks from the Cosme's!

Yes! Picture Perfect Lawn Care provides a soil test with our final application each season. Your soil ph is given along with recommendations for lime. We generally recommend applying lime annually for our soils. Our lime application will help correct the ph of your soil, improving lawn color and density, helping to control thatch, and increasing root development. Sweetening your soil with lime helps keep the chemistry of your soil in balance so that you may enjoy a healthier, thicker, and greener lawn. It helps everything we do work better.
Yes we do! We provide overseeding to help fill in bare spots and promote healthy growth. Overseeding is simply the process of spreading grass seeds over your existing turf. Not only can overseeding help improve the density of your turf, it also gives you the opportunity to introduce new grass varieties and improve your lawn’s color.
Yes! Verticutting, also known as vertical mowing, is a process that removes thatch buildup in the lawn that prevent it from absorbing the necessary nutrients and moisture. By using a special vertically-oriented blade, we are able to break up thatch and bring it to the surface of your lawn. Call Picture Perfect Lawn Care Service Inc. today for help!
Yes! Lawn fertilization is an easy way to make a big impact on the health of your turf. By providing your grass with the macro and micronutrients it needs to flourish, you’ll soon begin to see a denser, greener yard. The importance of knowing which products to use, when to use them, and with what application method truly makes lawn fertilization an art. We rely on our 30+ years of expertise and expanding knowledge of new products and techniques to provide you with lawn fertilization services that work for you and your lawn.
Lawn aeration is the process of perforating the soil with small holes to break up thatch and loosen compact soil. There are multiple methods of lawn aeration, with some being more superficial and laborious than others. We provide core aeration services, a method of aeration that efficiently aerates the soil by mechanically removing plugs or “cores” of soil and thatch from the lawn. Core aeration is often necessary in areas like the Kansas City Northland where clay soil creates barriers that prevent nutrients from reaching grass roots.
