Staff was friendly but it’s unfortunate that they were short staffed so the wait was about 2-3 hours. I arrived at 840ishh, had to wait about 30 minutes to be checked in. Then a 2.5 hour wait for service. Left at about 1130ishh. I knew it would take awhile especially on a Saturday and like I said. The staff was so kind and friendly.

Waited at the door entrance for 20 minutes and no one acknowledged me. Drove away and went to jiffy Lube on Florin and got the fantastic service I was used to
