We were here for the kite festival. No available parking on street so public parking deck it was but at $20 for only a few hours isn’t reasonable. System should be changed to be hourly. It should also be a fixed price after a certain hour. Every time we come here the prices are different.

There is not a covered parking garage. The outdoor parking is metered and there are lots with different fees. The further from the beach the less the rate
