This is a beautiful place to live for seniors. The apartments are spacious and very comfortable. Office management is professional and polite. I would like to commend several employees who are exceptional. They are Brenna who keeps everything exceptionally clean. I would also commend Melissa who is so sweet and she is the coordinator. She facilitates games, coffee socials, entertainment etc. I would also like to commend Cris and Rod Who are maintenance that go above and beyond what is needed. Wonderful place to live for seniors.

Mario's is a good spot for all the hard to get items. It's the prices that gets me. Try giving the neighborhood a break on pricing with a good sale. Maybe once every two months. Thanks for being there. Terri B.

Where I can find availablity
The closest Casino is Santa Fe Station 1/4 mile. There is a Jack in the Box, Popeyes Albertson's Starbucks,. Easy access to I 95
OVATION MANAGEMENT
I havent seen that very much. Some people may go out to the street to smoke a cigarette.. This is a no smoking property. When I go & come, see just a couple people maybe. Alot of seniors here dont drive, maybe they get picked up by street to go shopping etc. I have lived here since end of September and I love it. This is not a complex with alot of negative behavior.

They accept regular dogs so service dogs should definitely be acceptable. They only have two bedroom apartments available though.
